Assata Jones is an artist, writer, wellness practitioner and Founder of Safe Space Sis. She initiated her Wellness career after embarking on a Global intensive exploration to self-discovery throughout Asia, South America and Africa. After navigating through the demands of working corporate and building her artistry for many years, Jones’ passion for yoga and inner healing became the bridge to her purpose; Guiding people to the depths of their authenticity. Studying the teachings of self-help authors such as Abraham Hicks, Louise Hay and Wayne Dyer, Assata was inspired to share these teachings with her community in an intimate way. Since Assata was very young, she had many spiritual awakenings long before she would step into her role of divine service. These spiritual awakenings would lead her to her first encounter with plant medicine.

Assata Jones specializes in Vinyasa yoga, Sound Healing, Ecstatic Dance, Reiki healing and Ancestral Veneration. Her practice is mainly centered on Black and Indigenous healing.
